Lower the opacity of the scanlines, it is taking away from the image a bit. Besides that, I like it
aighty, faded the scanlines some...and you were right, looks much better now...thanks squirrel
Did you use a colour balance layer? Igf you did, make it a little less dark. But apart from that nice, you done the border well , not too fat but still has thick parts. Gj!

The scan lines are still too visible.. Nice trippy effect though and nice (1st) border.
