I think it looks wicked but the splatter coming down doesn't really look right ;o.
your right, its on an angel but in this case it should be coming strait down.

Very nice style, look and concept. Gotta agree with Derosion about the drip part. Also on the right part of the upper lip you have a little red square.

that is really nice! the jagged shapes really works well and it looks really cute lol
tbh i kinda the like the thing on his mouth although i'd say you should add more of em on the other parts of the LP so that i'd look like its melting :)
