First Vector

This was a freestyle vector I made for a battle at another forum. Any comments and suggestions are welcome.

eh im guessin im seein repeated things... but some of it is simple enough to make. but that font ownz ^_^ lmao

yeh, i saw vector brushes on dA an i thought, what a stupid idea, but theres so much going on in that its liek you used brushes casue some of the shapes in the orange circle thing wudve taken ages

lmao circle take ages? lmao u can use the oval marquee and fill it on sharp anitalize

Didn't use any brushes. The custom shapes tool is your friend as well as pen tool. The white thing that glows was made with make a bunch of circles cutting parts out. Then, I took a straight line and twirled it. All in all, I spent 3 hours or so on it.

Some things are repeated, but are different sizes also. I made the font using some text and making it take the shape of the shape.

EDIT: The things in that middle orange thing were made using pen tool and custom shapes tool. Some of it is just the orange thing duplicated and transformed smaller and vertically.

actually devart has quite a few vector brush sets that look alot like this

I used pen tool and marquees for most of it. I didn't use any brushes, but I did use the custom shapes like the lightning bolt and stuff like that.
