When I take 5minutes on a sig, it's my " warm-up " sig.

I do this when I haven't made a sig in a while. I challenge myself.
Then, I ask for CnC so I can learn from my mistakes, and improve next time I make a sig. :)

looks like a texture with a gradient map thrown over it and set on hue and a render slapped on it :P do some blend work and take some time to get the background the way you want it so it fits with your render. Also another thing people will jump onto you about is adding some depth to your signature and lighting to make it fit better with the render you've chosen. Just keep trying different things and spend more then five minutes to try and obtain the look you're looking for :)
