ICC whatever...

I'm trying to follow Radillac's tutorial for the Iron Man coloring.
I downloaded his resources and when i open the image it says this:

"the ICC profile can not be used because the ICC profile is invalid. the profile is being ignored."

Now, the first step of the tut is a photo filter but i can't apply photo filters.
I'm guessing this has to do with that ICC stuff but i have no clue what that's about...
Anyone that can help me out here? =)

photo filter is a photoshop thing o-o and icc? idk whats that.

icc shouldn't be that much of a big deal?
Do you know how to apply a photofilter?

Yes i know... But it only happens to that image and it's the only image i can't apply a photo filter too so i'm assuming it has to do with that icc thing =/
