very nice!! Simple and to the point. maybe still a little complex, but i like it! Pretty good example of good logo design.
I think it would look better if the text was centered vertically against the sphere.
As of now, it looks ok I guess.

This would make a good thumbnail idea. It's a good logo, but I think it could be better. If you dropped down the size of the ball, and moved it closer, maybe even behind the text. Try to strengthen the tie between the copy and the object.
