I would say get rid of the green border, and maybe sharpen up the render a bit. :D
Other than that, it looks nice. The light effect looks good.
Clean up the face from effects, makes her look dirty.
Light can't come from below! that would enlighten her whole face.
It should come from above!
It lacks flow.
The overall brown is a bit dull imo...
