Decided to use the liquify. Smudged first, and then added some swirleys with the liquify tool :D

I dunno, I like liquify at time but here I'm just not feeling it, the swirls seem really out of place as far as the back ground goes I think smudge on the would of looked better but the stuff on the right on Iron Man looks good
