Interesting, the right side is very messy, but it is still nice, but i think the tag overall is a little bit too messy.

I think the the 'Swirls' were place more strategically (around the base of the bloke) it would look better!
Not a hugeee fan of the colours but seems pretty good

IMO the whole tag looks too messy and random.
The swirl adds nothing special and just looks out of place.
I see on the right you're trying to use the liquify tool. Once again it looks too random and has no generic flow. Would have been a lot nicer to make it flow.
The colours also aren't that great IMO. The black and the greys ruin it.
