Liked the coded arms tag on SOTW. Tried to do some c4d work too. :))

I love v1 a lot more than v2. I would have blurred the black part of v1 though. It looks a bit lq and i think blurring would increase depth even more and would make it look smoother.

Stop blurring mate, it doesn't look good, especially when you have your C4D's so up close.
Also, your colors are washed out, spice them up a bit more.
