while I like the effects you've done with this and how they work with your render/stock, when you blurred it and lightened it up the emphasis from such effects was completely lost, making it seem duller, which we know it isnt. I also think that the overall sig lacks depth, and may be overexposed due to the overall whiteness of it. For Anime characters it's often a good idea to really bring out the colors of the hair and sometimes the clothes in order to attract more attention to your focal. Next time, bring out that red hair and really show it off! It's made to dazzle, so use it! As for the text, I find that it draws more attention than the focal, which is bad. You want your text to be subtle, but clearly readable for everyone. Your second sig is a good example. Keep to that simple subtle text style and you'll do great. That's all I can see at the moment, so give my advice some thought, and keep at it.

i like the placement of the focal its just that it lacks depth and its dirty that made it look LQ...
