Choose well and poll is coming.

Render and border is too fat, plus the background isn't very interesting. The semi-smudge you have there looks like crap, remove that. The contrast is also quite iffy, it doesn't really prove your lighting to be correct.

Rework the layers with this. Tone done the contrast and reconstruct the background.

its nice, not much variety could work on the effects some more and colors

The colors are very nice and the brown splatters compliment his hair and the suit he is wearing nicely. The smudging at the top left does not look good. The red splatters at the left are my favorite since they are the ones that actually blend in with the rest. kiu meng.
