Paintbrush over his face? I like the bubbles in the background and how the Gradient Map looks really good with this specific image. Very nice job and keep it up meng.
Does seem a bit empty, and the render feels a bit LQ. Good job with the lighting and bubbles though.

The background is meant to be empty to compliment the lighting and give focus to the render and effects given, as well as add flow.
