Hey all! I registered to post this. This is my first tutorial so please don't be harsh.
Feedback is welcome. This will create a vortex kind of like the "Vortec Space" background in Windows XP.

If you want it to look awesome just follow these steps exactly.
Follow these steps:
1. Create an image 500x500(can change), with a white background.
2. Filter>Render>Clouds
3.Filter>Blur>Radial Blur(Amount: 100, Quality: Best, Blur Method: Zoom)
4. Press Ctrl+F, 3 times
5. Filter>Brush Strokes>Sumi-E(Width: 10, Pressure: 2, Contrast: 16)
6.Filter>Distort>Glass(Distortion: 5, Smoothness: 3, Texture: Frosted, Scaling: 100)
7. Filter>Sketch>Chrome(Detail 10, smoothness 0)
8. Filter>Blur>Radial Blur(Blur Method: Zoom, Amount: 100, Quality: best)
9. Press Ctrl+U, check colorize and select your color!
