It doesn't look to bad. I don't really no what to say because I don't know what you've done. Looks like a digital painting to me. So, in that case, I'd say your just need to add a little more detail to the balloon, and maybe show your light source a little bit? But good job. Keep it up!
Yeah bit more detail and maybe try and make the balloon look more smooth, also some of the snow is cut off such as towards the left. Not bad mate, kiu.
