Just started up with photoshop again.. looking for some thoughts and tips on my work. Im curious as to what you all think.

i like the first, 3 is not good and 2 is...uh...to splashy.
I think theyre all good, but 3 is too depthy, 2 has too much color and splash and etc. 1 is almost perfect. KIU
thanks for that.. i havent used photoshop since cs but im starting off again trying to make some quality stuff.. i have alot of troubles with my colors and text.. i just cant seem to remember how to do it right.. if anyone knows some good tuts for them please let me know... Heres my new one i just made.. again the text seems outta place to me..

I think either the first or last one are probably the best out of the ones you posted. The placement of the render in the first one looks good...although your effects look oversharpened. Not a fan of the text either...it takes away from your focal. The lighting could be better too, if you look at the render the lighting seems to be from up and to the right of her based on the shadows on her face.
The colours you chose for the third one look good and you have a little depth going on...
I think text is your biggest problem. In the second one it overpowers everything and it's more in focus than your focal is. I'm not really a fan of adding text in general. >_>

That's a tutorial for text, it might help you with placement and font choice a bit. Right now your text is just too big and too distracting all around ^^;
