dont give up, your tags dont have to be really bright to have proper lighting

There is lighting, just not as discrete.
He's right, bright out the lighting more.

Well a tag doesn't have to be super bright to have lighting. But lighting creates atmosphere, helps you emphasize your focal point and makes your tag as a whole more dynamic.

I'll give you an example with something I have a psd for.
This is a collab between me and Slave, and I took out all the adjustments made to enhance lighting.

Lighting makes a huge difference with your final result, so I'm gonna urge you to not give up on adding/adjusting lighting in your tags.

As for your sig right now, I like the blending you have going on, and the grunge look. The text you used also fits well. But the bright blue patch seems a little random to me, and the tag feels a little too long. Not really a fan of the huge border.

No guys...You got me wrong,if I want it bright I could've make it,the theme is supposed to be dark and I was referring to the theme,feel of the tag.You can't make RE tag with sunshine and rainbows,and shiny vectors right?
So I wanted to give that dark look like the wallpapers of RE4.
Guess I'm misunderstood again...
