Wounded Person Tutorial

Hi you all,

This is my 1st tut, This tut teaches you how to make people scary, Only with layerstyles, brushes and a picture from the internet.

1.
Download a few brushpacks from the internet with blood and scars, I used this three
1st Brushset: On deviantART, press: Download to desktop
2nd Brushset
3rd Brushset
Put those brushpacks in /Program Files/Adobe/Photoshop/Presets/Brushes
(Don’t forget to unpack them, if they are packed)

2.
Now, open Photoshop, now open your Preset Manager.
Load all the brushes, Now press Ctrl+A and at the right side of your Manager stands Save Set.
Press that and Save it with your chosen name.

3.
Open your Internet Browser (Mine is Firefox), Search a big picture of a face or hand or something at your body. Put it in Photoshop

4.
Create a new layer, Put your foreground colour to some darkred (I used #960101) now use one of your downloaded brushes, Similar to mine. You can also make a few bruises, but I didn’t, because it became to busy.

Now add some layer styles

I like that effect specially the blood wand on her cheek. Tried to download the brushes.. but there's a broken link for the first brush

had trouble with the file download of brushset 1 as well, nice tutorial and a good effect.

seems to work for the brush set but only if you paste it to your internet browser.
