Reflection and GI

Cleared a lot of stuff for me, heres the outcome of the tut, reflections look a bit bad due to low segments in the spheres, my pc couldnt handle it D:

To be honest, the right one looks flat.
This could be sinve I'm looking from my iPod, but I see no shadin' looks epix though.

I do not like the color of the light..
Reflections are fine
