i think it's a really nice one, except voor bieber...

I think there's too much negative space.
There are too many bright effects so the lightning isn't right anymore.
You covered up the whole body with effects and now you get some sort of a floating head.
The text needs impovement imo. It needs to be blended in better. But I guess that's also because of the negative space. I like the colors tho and if you lessen the effects then they are pretty cool. Keep working at it mate ;)
