Change the text, its not a very effective one... Might i suggest a more techy font like a pixel one. Also, ide make it a little more transparent by lowering the opacity to around 75. Overall 8/10
Another think i just thought of was some tech lines... that would make it much, much better

It's cool lookign but the text does need some work. Border might be too thick.

I love the background , hate the text, A blue stroke kinda looks crap , try a white bit of text , with a smooth anti alias. Then a black 1px border for the text and the whole image. Nice job apart from text though ^.^
