What Does Your Nick Mean To You?

KK So lately I've been talking with a lot of ppl about what their nick names mean to them and possible how you came to be known as the name.

I myself picked my nick Slave while playing an mmorpg called Lineage 2 and she was originally y char that buffed my main char. So at first she was just my slave that I made follow me around, but soon I realized that this name meant more to me than just a joke name to an extra char....

I am a slave to my addictions, I have the personality trait to become obsessed with what I enjoy and I take it to the extremes. I can't just have one bowl of ice cream I have to have 2, can't just play a video game for an hour I stay up all night to get what I want. Nice clean house to sit in because I just can't stop cleaning. Sex.... Need I say more ? Smoking,drinking ... PS for the past year has become my latest obsession and now Void. I can not go a day without opening it, no matter how hard I try, so this is what my nick name means to me, I am a Slave to my addictions and I am now comfortable with that and have accepted that as face value.

My name means pretty much nothing. It has been a name I have been using for games for like 12 years. The way I thought of it was just looking at my dog and said he had fur, so I was like yeah thats cool.

it suddenly popped in my head about 6 years ago. when i used it for an forum.
i was 10/12 and i thought it would sound cool :D
no further backstory's about it. never picked an other username haha :)

I got kinetics, from a while back when i downloaded shiftyj's Kinetic Brush Pack for CS3, and that is what got me into GFX so its a big deal for me :D

Everything. Without Manga I wouldn't be here now.
