The motion blur seems too strong.
More darkening + vibrant colors please :}

It was actually a smudge, I'll edit it later.

theres no motion blur here[or im blind?] arent those vibers? i like that, just somewhat boring, can use some electricity or maybe make it look like some lines are coming in and out from a few circles.

Well I like the idea of it. My only real suggestion would be to remove the things at the side. They're really distraction and I think flow is vital when it comes to abstract pieces. Keep it up.

V3..And well it looks like a motion blur but I used a white soft brush and smudged it with a smaller soft brush..I got the idea from one of Elipse's smudging tuts.
