this could be good... the bottom and the right side are dragging it down hard.. but the left.. especially near the circle and her shoulder/face area has serious potential
I likw this a lot actually, but it could be a lot better. You've made the red a solid colour practically and that really kills it for me because it also makes your texture look deeper. That's not good because it's distracting the rest of the tag. Also that trademark/text should be brought closer to your focal to add more attention.
Overall good job, but could be sick! with some improvements.
As said this has some killer potential
What I recommend is maybe some custom shapes and maybe some pen tool lines ?
