All effects were made using the render and stock PS brushes. I'm pretty proud of myself with how this turned out, being my first time trying this kind of thing.

Pretty nice, liquify effect you have is great. But try to blend the key elements together.
Its a bit messy seems like this kind of tag should be a lot smoother and not to chaotic.
I like your lighting here, but as I said try to make the whole tag blend.
This also seems like it needs a Wow factor, try added an effect C4D and liguify/smudge it to make it go where you'd like it.

Colors are washed out, bring them out.
Remove the text and intensify the lighting.
Intensify is probably not a word, but I'm sure you understand what I mean.
Thanks for the advice, I'll work on it tomorrow. As for the text, I had made this for a person on another site and they asked for it, personally I wouldnt of put any on there. Oh, and elipse, if I use a c4d it would kind of defeat the purpose of what I was doing here.
Did what I could to make the changes, not really sure if it looks better though.
