I'm not sure if I've improved at all, but I did these two for practice. I tried to make sure I got some depth into these two as that was something my last one seemed to lack.

You did good with the first one. You achieved some depth which was your main goal so. The only thing that bothers me is the blue effect. But idk why tbh :/ Also flow is good.
The main problem in the second one is LQ. But again you didn't do bad with depth on this one. Keep practicing.
I was tempted to change the blue effect to a dark green, kind of like on the left side of the sig, but I just kind of got lazy tbh.
And, I'm probably going to sound really stupid for asking, but what does LQ mean?

the 1st one is really cool tho it needs more emphasis to the focal..try making some parts black and try a better placement or make it bigger next time..colors could be improve also
the 2nd one i like the effects and color here..is just dont like the render you used
