I like the second as well and it does have a nice atmo, but I'm not digging all the extra effects. First is hectic as previously stated.

There should be a warning for epileptics man, kind of busy.

First one is very busy and has no real flow, and colors are kinda everywhere, second is very over sharpened , kiu and welcome back

Anyway I do prefer the second.
But imo the background is way more saturated than the renders
