It looks like you dumped tech brushes in random places to me... some brushes are pixelated... doesn't look like you've put much thought into it... the comet star thing on the left looks cool though... aswell as the top & bottom margins...
exactly what Ryzee said. There's no cohesion or point to the effects. It looks more like a sample image for a brush pack than an art peice.

yeh, bad qual (worse than gif) and no point to brushes...
sry 4 the quality, the image exporting program i use to get pics to the internet is the one the site recomand and t blows, Its like max 60 bites or something...
do some one have a better free imagehost program?
i must agree: the comet thing is cool, everything else is kinda, bleh. heh, the quality is quite interesting :\ you can see the background gradient in the second picture change by specific colors. heh. definitely find another host :\ i use photobucket, but the image limitation is 250 kb.
