Very excellent work,text is sorta bad though,but text is tough so who can blame you?
If you you have topaz try denoising it i little bit to give it a better overall quality.

This is pretty cool! :) Do I see some dark blur around her hair top left though? I think maybe a little sharper and clearer without the dark blur would make it just right.. ;)

You need to work on your colours and effects, as well as getting a proper background
Those white ones hardly ever look good.
Some better lighting and depth is also needed
