As for the sig it's overly bright. I know you were trying to go for that but it breaks down your composition, details and lighting. It needs more contrast and stronger colors, the colors are pretty washed out at the moment.

Basicaly, it needs add adjustments or adjustments need to be removed.

agree, its okay to make bright tags but be careful not goin over cuz it looks bad
the border also needs to be removed, same goes for text
check rule of thirds and place ur focal/text following that

I need my sunglasses, where did I put 'em? *looks around* Ah, here they are.. :p -Yeah, a bit on the bright side.. And I don't like the overlayed border.. Maybe make it solid black or some other color.. I dunno.. Or lose it maybe.. ;)
