2 hour piece of crap... unfinished?

Gah! Frustrated! I can't seem to finish this or do anything with it... I'm thinking of scrapping it but bleh I dunno. took me two hours to get the result below...

don't scrap it hun u have a nice start here and i kinda like what u doing with it just keep working with it . i like the color choices as well goes well with your tag . just need to make u effects to stand out more they look a bit washed out . and id remove the effect off her arm . try work on lighting too and some more depth . kiu up girl :)
