there great tags tho i didn't like the red didn't go so well but great job over all and indeed he is improving i better keep an eye on him :).
i like them both just get rid of the text cuz its getting to0 much attention :)
first one is hard to see the focal point, change the colouring slightly and adjust your blending
second one, dont like the blue / red contrast.. change the colours on that.
Overall, they're both executed well, and have good compositioning.
Im not keen on the typography, but they're both rather good signatures.
