It's a good start. =D Try to make eyebrows thicker at the bottom =)

needs more shading... and make sure parts dont overlap that shouldnt... great start :) more layers and this should be boss :)
Use varying levels of thickness or transitions between. IE in one stroke have it go from thick to thin (is possible with pen/brush tool).
highlights are over lapping and they shouldnt be.
Lacking detail aswell.. its all too flat. Build up more tones into it and it will look better :)
also there should be black inside the iris
