i like the smudge but the effects on his arms i dont like it needs some lighting as well so work on those look at some tuts for a more of a guidance to get the right picture

Nice attempt at smudging but I think you should try to review some tutorials before you start :).
It's a good attempt but the coloring looks a bit odd, especially when it's only on a certain area.
The smudging also seems a bit boring to look at. I'd try to work with flow some more because the smudging is going basically in 5 - 6 different directions so it gives off that hectic feeling.

i dont get what flew you tried to do in here the effects are decant but the compo and flew is bad and i dont like the text l:
but still keep trying m8 ^^
Good attempt, just remember that if you are new to smudging that it is never a good thing to also smudge the renders primary lines unless you know exactly what you are doing otherwise you'll destroy the render.
Also watch your quality, use high quality renders/stocks so the end result won't look too washed out or the colors won't look too burned.
I would say use regular fonts for the text for now, fancy texts in a signature lower its quality by a lot. The rest is regular things you need to work on like Depth, Focal, Lighting, Quality, Adjustment layers etc but one step at a time. First you must get the entire concept of a tag down before you work on these things, so best of luck and keep it up.
