colourinb and lighting is off..
Why does he have an orange glow when there is no light source showing an orange glow?
BG is allright, smudging wise you've got good variety in there, but I dont think it should be all different colours.. Also It'd too blurred in the background which makes it look bad quality. ( I know you're trying to get depth in there, but it shouldnt be that blurred or you lose all your hard work)
I'd like to see some other things in your signatures. They're okay but other things could be in there to help liven it up a little, and add some "realism "in there.
Smudge signatures are hard to master, and yours are fairly good, you just need to work on colouring, lighting and depth.
