First of all nice attempt mate
There are certain things that you might wanna lose here,like the black border coz it obstucts the overall flow you have
You have too many light sources which distracts from the main focal plus the increased contrast over the bottom effects doesn't really help
This is what you can do,burn the sides keeping you settings for " Midtones"
Apply a Brightness-contrast adjustment and reduce the contrast as well as the brightness
Now,maybe apply Curves to get a concentrated light source over your focal

Also focus on your overall tag quality,its kinda LQ
Resons could be if you blur the BG too much like in this case or maybe just oversharpen the tag,so just stay focus on the tag quality

Basic Factors like Depth,Composition and flow need some work here

My biggest issues are the depth and colours. Try not to monotone sigs like this out, and watch you blur. Don't mess up the perspective. Not bad overall :d KIU
