Its not that this stock is lq, but i think you sharpened it to much?
If you sharpen your stock to much than u get this lq feeling..
Text is fine, But you need to work on your colors.
as lewk said it looks realy washed out.
Keep your borders at 1-3 px, and create a centrain flow in your tags!
