Episode III Sucks

Do you feel Maddox is correct with this artical? I found it to be rather hilarious, although I thought the movie wasnt as bad as he made it out to be:

I thaught this one was okay, it seems to just become like most films now. Just concentrating on special effects and not the story. It was even mentioned in a newspaper (cant remember which) that this episode had no memorable quotes and the dialogue was bad.

well however you look at it, the ecent star wars movies have been known for their bad acting. Considering that some of these actors are actualy quite good, I therefor presume the issue is with the directing and partialy with the scripting. In both II and III the romance side of things has been extreamly bad and just proves that George should realy try not to direct.

Steven Speilburg wanted to direct one of the star wars movies and George said no. God I wish he had said yes and had let him do I, II and III, but I spose George feels it's his baby.

Well hopefully when George does the next Iniana Jones movie, he lets Speilburg direct and it wont be a loss.... one can only hope that George doesn't direct ever again.

However I think that III is the best of all the new ones. The acting is better than previously and the integration of the story, development of the characters and so forth works a lot better.

I didnt think it was all that great. It was average.

fighting scenes were awesome, but i hate when they tried to insert some humor in there. Like on the ship.

and when the ship lands, and they break alot of stuff
Obiwan: definately not a happy landing.
Also, when anakin says "this is the tenth time i saved your skin", what obiwan says is just plain retarded.
also, the possible one liners in there were all crap.

IV, V, and VI definately had better acting, but the effects and fight scenes were much worse.

they would be a helluva lot better if i had directed them :blink:

I hate all starwars movies, its all the same intergalactic shit...
