i love it ! what render did you use?
The text def needs to go. It kills the sig imo.
Also I recommend using gradients. When you do, your colors will fit better.
Try to get rid of the lightningspot on the left of the sig. It doesn't belong there.
I like the grunge feeling of the sig tho.
I would also lessen the little orange lightningspots you've created.
Just remove a couple of them.
oh and maybe you could sharpen his head a bit to make it stand out some more

it's very hard to see the render for me... work a little on depth and I agree with above also about txt and such... but I also agree that this grunge style is cool... its so retro... its been a really long time since I saw this style where it worked and i like it :) just needs some tweaking and some practice :D GJ look forward to seeing more :)
I used the render also a time ago, and i like the effects you've put on it. ;)
