This is first of all an improvement that I have seen in u... and I can see you strive to be creative and different. Which is awesome!! But there are a couple issues taking away from the atmosphere, design, and quality of this tag... for one... ur light source needs to be behind him over his shoulder see how the light hits his face... so the blue soft light is outta place... also I would change the color of ur light source... and two I would blend in ur dots with some smudging and erase the parts that overtake ur focal... and also remove the text... for now I would just work without text :) also some adjusment layers to help ur colors :) Keep up the good work though!!!
