Some of the shapes look kinda wierd. You should work more on curving your lines. And a little more shading wouldn't hurt either. Apart from that it's pretty good.

I like it! This is obviously one of your more cartoony feeling ones and that's why it's kind of wonky, but I think those ones are always the cutest =D

Can I ask why? =) Did you change the style or something? Not sure what the point is in tracing a image that is already a cartoon. >_< You did a nice job though. lol...just seems weird to me.
