The only thing that changed was the look and a few new features, posting images is the same as the old version, the void is upgrading not falling apart.

Yes, the navi bar is the next thing they are working on I believe, I'm not staff so I don't know exactly what their agenda is, but you can drop DM a pm if you've got any other questions. Basically we updated to the newest version for vBulletin® so you can look up vBulletin® Version 4.1.4 to see what the new version has to offer.
