WEll its nice tag, but u should take off the thing u put on his eyes :S also his hands look lq, try to sharopen the dude a little and take off the text and the thing on his eyes, and add bit more depth by blurring bg ;)

There is to much stuff wich is blocking his face and the main focal
Clean op his face and remove some text. also try to work on your quality and colors
these colors are realy boring since there is not a lot of contrast while it is b/w..
read some tuts and keep the tags comming man :D
