Its too monotone..
I want to see more highlights and more shadows in there.. brush 'n' smudge some blue in there. build it up.
It needs some depth.. It's looking flat.. blue sharpen.. dodge burn.. you know the drill.

Tried to mess with the colors of the streaks a little bit added some blur andsharpened and some dodge etc
This would be better with a different render and more shit on the left. This kind of smudge sucks with a render that has no movement. my opinion.

it seems to be overcontrasted and over saturated... I like the smudging and it goes with the flow for sure but because it has the motion blur i think it just needs more to make it more complete :) great start!
