The smudging looks nice but the render doesn't blend well. The top of her looks pasted on. Needs some depth. ;)
Dont really see where your comming from with that.. which parts arent blended??
It's rendered really sharp, if you look at her back its doesn't look like its blended into the background at all.
Perhaps have the smudge wrap around her so the sharp edges are covered?

I like what u have started here. I think u still need to work on the blending. Your blending looks pretty 2d... Also there is lighting on her skin. Notice that the front of her is much lighter than the back. This could be a great way to add more dimension too... add a light source, use a cool bright c4d that matches... or some bubbles! Also her skin is very different from the color of red you have. She would have probably some red lighting on her skin... perhaps try a red photo filter :D ?? i like the way the smudged b/g looks like a curtain
