nice job here shann the face looks a little lq perhaps some lighting and sharpening of face area. and I think you should start the new 100 pixel black border style

the black gradient/ watever going over the tag looks weird. but overall not too bad ;D
I like the tag but I am not a fan of the dark "shape" in the bottom of it that darkens the tag. I almost missed it if Wolvy hadn't of mentioned it. At first glance you don't really even notice the bottom half is there, if anything it looks like a reflection.
