lighting is ok. shading on render is wrong. set it to color lower opacity, then duplicate it and set to color dodge or linear dodge. always mess with opacity. this gives a better results. work on compo a lil more. try to add details around that lighting lines i.e. dust, bg to make it more realistic

Looks good overall.

A bit monotoned, some lighting should be going behind her though. The effects are nice but the really solid fractal on the right side of her face is kind of distracting.
