It's way too monotoned, can't tell what is happening, white and black 1 pix boarders don't look good, the colors used don't match, the text can use some work and be resized, the shape of the tag isn't bad but could be shorted a bit.
There are some really nice tutorials here on the void that will do you wonders :), good luck
take out the green altogether and thicken up the text a bit. then we'll talk :P
