This would really help me. I dont like the lycos and freewebs type things. It's just alot of you have web sites and i'd like to make my own.

Learn html.... Then a bit of CSS...
learn XHTML and alot of CSS2, flash, some php, Javascript.

i don't know of any, freehost's are usually not worth the effort of applying for an account.
