It needs work on the background and blending is missing link also. It'd be nicer without the text there. It's also lacking depth. Work on those and it'd be alot better.

I agree with the background. You should try putting a lighting, like one coming out from the rasengan. Try blending the c4ds into the background. Keep it up! :]
